  • The title must be specific, effective, informative, and reflective of the research findings or main argument.
  • The Indonesian title must not exceed 12 words.
  • Avoid vague or clichéd expressions such as “A Tentative Study” or “A Study of.”
2. Author Information and Affiliations

  • List the authors in order, separating their names with commas.
  • Provide the full institutional affiliation, including the institution's name, street address, city, postal code, and country.
  • Provide an active email address for the corresponding author and mark it with an asterisk (*).
  • Follow the journal template for author names, affiliations, and correspondence details.
3. Abstract

The manuscript must include an abstract in Indonesian and English. Each abstract must be written as a single paragraph, without references or direct quotations, and must not exceed 250 words.

The abstract should include:

  • A brief background and statement of the research problem.
  • The research objective or research question.
  • A concise description of the research methods.
  • The principal findings.
  • The conclusion and significance or implications of the findings.

Formatting: Times New Roman, 10 pt, according to the journal template.

4. Keywords
  • Provide 3–5 keywords or key phrases in Indonesian and English.
  • Choose specific terms that represent the main concepts or variables discussed in the manuscript.
  • Separate keywords with semicolons and arrange them alphabetically, following the journal template.

02. Manuscript Structure

Required sections for research articles

5. Introduction

The introduction should account for approximately 15–20% of the total manuscript and present a coherent rationale for the study. It should include:

  • The research background, problem context, and rationale.
  • The research objective and, where appropriate, research questions or hypotheses.
  • Relevant theoretical perspectives and previous research.
  • The state of the art, research gap, and novelty of the study.
  • The significance and expected contribution of the research.

Write the introduction in continuous paragraphs without subheadings.

6. Literature Review

The literature review should synthesize relevant scholarly sources, including academic books, theoretical works, theses, dissertations, and journal articles. It should:

  • Establish the theoretical foundation of the study.
  • Critically discuss previous studies related to the research topic.
  • Explain the relationship between the literature, research objectives, and conceptual framework.
  • Present the review in coherent paragraphs rather than disconnected summaries.

7. Research Method

Describe the methodology in sufficient detail to enable readers to understand how the research was conducted. Depending on the research design, explain:

  • The research design, approach, and type of data.
  • The research setting, objects or participants, and data sources.
  • The population and sampling procedures for quantitative studies, or informant selection for qualitative studies.
  • The number of respondents or informants, where applicable.
  • The research instruments and data collection procedures.
  • The data analysis techniques, variables, and variable measurements, where applicable.

Present the method in continuous paragraphs without subheadings. Conceptual or thought-based articles may omit this section when appropriate.

8. Results and Discussion

Present the research findings accurately, systematically, logically, and in a form that directly addresses the research objectives. The discussion should:

  • Interpret the findings in relation to the research questions and objectives.
  • Connect the findings with relevant theories, concepts, and empirical evidence.
  • Compare the results with previous studies on related topics.
  • Explain the theoretical and practical implications of the findings.
  • Clearly identify the contribution and novelty of the research.
  • Use subheadings where necessary. Main subheadings should be bold and italic; subordinate headings should be italic without bold formatting.

9. Conclusion and Recommendations

  • Summarize the essential findings and answer the research questions.
  • Explain the research contribution, novelty, or conceptual implications.
  • Discuss relevant theoretical and practical implications.
  • Provide recommendations as a follow-up to the conclusions.
  • Write the conclusion in coherent paragraphs, not as numbered points or bullet lists.
  • Focus on the meaning of the findings rather than merely repeating statistical results.

10. Acknowledgements

Acknowledgements are optional. Authors may recognize individuals or institutions that provided research funding, facilities, materials, administrative assistance, policy support, or other meaningful contributions. This section should appear before the references.

03. Tables, Figures, and Formatting

Presentation standards for research data

11. Tables and Figures

  • Number tables and figures consecutively according to their order of appearance.
  • Place table titles above the tables and figure captions below the figures. Use left alignment for captions unless the journal template specifies otherwise.
  • Provide complete and accurate data sources and publication years.
  • Ensure all tables and figures are legible, informative, and discussed in the manuscript rather than simply repeated in the text.
  • Avoid unnecessary vertical lines in tables. The minimum font size within tables is 9 pt.
  • Prepare images at a resolution suitable for high-quality printing; the source guideline specifies a minimum resolution of 150 megapixels and recommends TIFF format.
  • Upload tables and figures as separate supplementary files in OJS when required.
  • Obtain permission for copyrighted images or figures reproduced from books and journals, and inform the editor accordingly.

12. Abbreviations, Terms, and Symbols

  • Write an abbreviation in full at its first occurrence; use the abbreviation in subsequent occurrences.
  • Italicize foreign-language terms where appropriate.
  • Ensure that symbols are clearly written and distinguishable.

  • Review, systematic review, meta-analysis, and conceptual articles: At least 25 references.
  • At least 80% of references should be primary scholarly sources, such as research articles in academic journals and conference proceedings.
  • For research articles, the source guideline specifies a reference composition of more than 80% primary sources and approximately 20% books or legislation. For review and conceptual articles, it specifies 80% primary and 20% secondary sources.
