Abstract

In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, efforts are needed to overcome Learning loss, an effort to eliminate this impact is to apply a hybrid . This writing aims to develop a face-to-face and distance Learning model directly. The research method is a research and development model. The data sources for this research are 6th grade students of SDN Pulau Kelapa 02 Pagi in the 2020/2021 academic year. The instruments used were observation, interviews and feasibility tests with the research subjects were teachers and students. The results of the study obtained an overview of the feasibility of developing a hybrid application in elementary schools that this mixed model is feasible to be applied at the elementary level by utilizing various applications such as google classroom, zoom and face-to-face directly. The results showed that the value of the effectiveness of the hybrid in Learning can reduce the limitations of students in receiving Learning . The results of the feasibility of this product based on material experts are 87% which are included in the "good" category, while the feasibility test on media experts is 91% which is included in the "very good" category. The conclusion from the research and development results is that the use of a hybrid can help students understand the concept of Learning during a pandemic with a mixture of distance and face-to-face methods simultaneously consisting of 50% of students at home and 50% of students at school.
