Implementation of Inclusive Education With KAJUMANJI to Realize Pancasila Student Profile

This study aims to 1) find out how to implement inclusive education at SMAN 11 Tebo, 2) explain how KAJUMANJI can create a profile for Pancasila students, and 3) describe how the challenges of implementing KAJUMANJI in implementing inclusive education at SMAN 11 Tebo. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Researchers act as research instruments. Data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data were analyzed interactively by means of reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results of this study found that 1) To implement inclusive education, schools carried out two kinds of modifications, namely modifications to class rules and modifications to activities outside of learning in the form of KAJUMANJI, 2) KAJUMANJI is one of the activities to create a profile of Pancasila students on the dimensions of faith and piety to God Almighty and have a noble character by carrying out extracurricular activities Thursday, Friday Koran, 3) the challenges faced are (a) the lack of facilities and infrastructure, (b) the absence of special supervising teachers, (c) the absence of adequate incentives and funds to carry out education inclusiveness, (d) low knowledge of parents about children with special needs. The implementation of KAJUMANJI as an extracurricular activity at SMAN 11 Tebo has succeeded in helping the implementation of inclusive education as well as realizing the profile of Pancasila students.
